Transition to New Infinity Version
- WOLF, SOKAR, LCC, IVAVIK
- the new version of Infinity was already cleanly deployed
- ROBOX
- ask your supervisor or the cluster administrator
- MetaCentrum
- first, purge all jobs from the batch systems (either wait until they finish or kill them)
- register to the Infinity mailing list (this step is mandatory)
- then, reactivate the Infinity, use the metavo-ams-9.0 profile
$ /software/ncbr/infiboot/infinity-activate
>>> ERROR: The activation profile is required!
Usage: /software/ncbr/infiboot/infinity-activate <profile>
Supported profiles are:

** metavo-ams-9.0
The profile activates the next major version of Infinity on the MetaCentrum
VO resources. This version comprises Advanced Module System v9.x and
Advanced Batch System v4.x.
