Synopsis
psanitize [OPTIONS] [--] NAME
Description
Update the job input file according to computational resources specified in the job info file. The job type is either autodetected or specified as an option to this command.
Arguments
| NAME job input name
|
Options
| -t, --jobtype TYPE explicitly specify job type
|
| --ncpus NUM override number of cpus, which are taken from info file (Default: 0)
|
| -v, --verbose increase output verbosity
|
| --version output version information and exit
|
| -h, --help display this help and exit
|
