Transition to New Infinity Version

• WOLF, SOKAR, LCC, IVAVIK
  • the new version of Infinity was already cleanly deployed
• ROBOX
  • ask your supervisor or the cluster administrator
• MetaCentrum
  • first, purge all jobs from the batch systems (either wait until they finish or kill them)
  • then, reactivate the Infinity, use the metavo-ams-9.0 profile

$ /software/ncbr/infiboot/infinity-activate 

 >>> ERROR: The activation profile is required!
            Usage: /software/ncbr/infiboot/infinity-activate <profile>

     Supported profiles are:

     ** metavo-ams-9.0
           The profile activates the next major version of Infinity on the MetaCentrum
           VO resources. This version comprises Advanced Module System v9.x and
           Advanced Batch System v4.x.

     ** metavo-remove
